You want to go as natural as possible, so try to avoid those ingredients in your nut butters. If the nut butter does not need to be stirred, there is a high proboaility the nut butter has unhealthy oils in the butter,so watch out for that. Natural nut butters will have oils floating on the top of the nut butter inside the jar. Stirring will be needed, but the taste and quality will be well worth it.

If you have a little time, are adventurous, and a good food processor, you can make these nut butters yourself at home.
