Juice Juice Juice Baby !

There are many valid reasons to drink juice that I won't cover the health benefits of today.   I just wanted to share my juice and be grateful for a great day. 

Juicing is not that difficult and can create very delicious juice easily that is high in nutrition.

I pulled out the juicer to make some fresh real juice.  This glass contains a lot of different fruits and a few vegetables, so this is not just fruit juice.  I wanted to add cucumbers also, but the cucumbers I saw in the store for purchase were way over ripe.  They were very soft to and bendable to the touch.  I decided to skip cucumber purchase.  All fruits and vegetables came from the produce section of the grocery store.  No canned fruit or frozen.  All fresh produce. 

Here are the list of fruits and vegetables in my juice.

Carrots

Fresh sliced pineapple

Apples

Jalapeno

Lots of fresh ginger

Celery

Navel oranges

Use your imagination when juicing on what is right for you and your particular tastes.  There will never be juice fatigue because there are so many varieties of juice you can create at home.


The top view of my juice looks creamy, but no cream added.  A very crisp taste of carrots, ginger, and a bite of heat from the jalapenos with the sweetness of the pineapples and oranges.  I could not taste the celery.  That is ok overall the juice was fantastic as well as nutrient dense.  Fresh fruits and vegetables contain a lot of vitamins and minerals as well as phytochemicals which are good for the body.  

For health reasons, always wash your fruits and vegetables before eating.
